First meal in Kyrgyzstan at Navat restaurant, in Bishkek

Started off with boortsog (fried bread) and drinks. Delicious!๐Ÿ˜‹

How to choose? ๐Ÿค”

Top left = plov

Top right = lazuro (yummy!)

Bottom 2 = different versions of lagman (traditional noodle dishes)

Also had some side salads…

with veal and beef tongue

The restaurant was lovely and decorated in traditional style.

But more importantly, it is a democratic restaurant ๐Ÿคจ
